• Within 24 hours upon receipt of your inquiry or booking, a Proposal or QP (quote & plan) will be issued to you.
• Within 12 hours upon receipt of your approval to the Proposal or QP, a PI (proforma invoice) will be issued to you.
• Within 18 hours after the day of Factory Audit, the Report will be issued to you.
• Within 12 hours after the day of Sample Review, the Report will be issued to you.
• Within 16 hours after the day of Final Inspection, the Report will be issued to you.
• Within 10 hours after the day of Loading Supervision, the Report will be issued to you.
• We update the OFS (Orders Follow-up Sheet) to you minimum 3 times a week.

• Auditough shall make every effort to exercise due care and skill in the performance of its services. Auditough will issue the report including all facts recorded by it within the limitation of the service instructions on the basis of the documentation and information provided by or agreed with the customer. Auditough accepts liability in only situation in which the customer is able to prove negligence on the part of the performance of the said service.
• Auditough's liability to the customer with respect to any claim for loss, damage or expense of whatever nature and howsoever arising shall in no circumstances exceed a total aggregate sum equal to the amount of the fee for the specific service provided under the specific booking that gives rise to such claim. Customer must file a claim with Auditough within a reasonable period of time.
• Auditough accepts no liability for instance where incorrect or inaccurate information has been provided to Auditough by the customer or the manufacturer/seller. Auditough shall in no case be liable if the customer has not paid all Auditough invoices.
• Any services performed and reports issued by Auditough do not relieve manufacturers/sellers from their contractual responsibilities and legal liabilities to deliver conforming products.
