• Once your order is placed to your supplier, we will get involved immediately.
• We will follow up with the supplier and factory closely & deeply about their exact & detailed operating stages so that we can foresee the ETC (estimated time of completion) of your order. We will talk to them on the phone minimum 3 times a week. We will report to you directly about every change that is happening at your factory.
• Most importantly, we will not only foresee, foretell and report, but also study their production steps and work together with the supplier and factory to find solutions to any possible delays before occurring.

• It seems to be normal that some delays occur to the orders. But actually, most of the delays coulda been foretold or foreseen quite long time before occurring. When a supplier tells you about a delay, it's late. But suppliers always inform of a delay while it occurs and must result in a delay to the order finally.

• We work on the SMP (Start of Material Procurement)

• On our OFS (Order Follow-up Sheet) that we update to you 3 times a week, we will also show you "WHERE WE ARE" and highlight every single change to all your orders with detailed remarks.

• We keep in close contact with your China suppliers via phone call and email in 7x24 hours.
• Using an OFS (Order Follow-up Sheet), we report and update the status of all your orders placed to China suppliers 3 times a week.
