How Different We Are?
Comparing with most (about 95%) competitors providing audit and/or inspection services, we have the following differences, which are also our most outstanding advantages.
We Are Different in Service Orientation
Within our services of Factory Audit, Sample Review, Final Inspection, and Loading Supervision, we incline to Factory Audit and Sample Review, which build up 70% of our turnover. Why?
- We Can! Most members of the Auditough Management Team have deep job background of MPM (Multinational Project Management). So, Auditough knows the very core to evaluate a supplier and a product. This has given us a different visual angle and standpoint while performing Factory Audit and Sample Review. So, we are absolutely different from other audit or inspection companies whose auditors or inspectors only have QC background. Therefore, we are making best use of our advantages, not escaping the collision with competitors.
- We Must! In our logic, to aim a target carefully beforehand is a lot more important than to make adjustment after shooting, because the issue is time and cost if missing. Therefore, we think it's the right logic all customers should embed. Meanwhile, we think it's the right logic to improve the image of 'Made-in-China' consequently.
We Are Different in Pricings
- Our pricings are not based on MD (man-day). Proverbially, the calculation of MD is made by the service provider. Secondly, the MD is difficult to control while performing audit or inspections, as time to start is not recordable. Thirdly, to charge overtime work to customers is not reasonable, although overtime work always happens in actual audit or inspections especially in Final Inspection or Loading Supervision.
- Our pricings do not take weekends or holidays into consideration, so we never charge customers extra for those reasons. It's usual that the audit or inspections, especially Final Inspection or Loading Supervision, need be performed on weekends or holidays to catch the timing required. But in our logic, customers should not be in the position to pay the bill for extra.
- We do not take the difference of service locations into consideration while pricing. Same reason as the point B), in our logic, customers should not be in the position to pay an extra bill for this difference.
Our pricing is mainly based on size, standards, value and logical analysis. Although this binds our sales people into somewhat complicated paperwork, we think it worthwhile. Because it's worthwhile to customers. It's usually unreasonable if only using simple formulas to cover everything. To have an overview about our Prices & Terms, press here...
We Are Different in Employment
Approx. 40% of our Auditors (for Factory Audit and Sample Review) and 80% of our Inspector (for Final Inspection and Loading Supervision) are contractors with us. Rounds after rounds of examination and interview have to be made until we think a guy is qualified enough. What most important is we implement a two-week internal training program to all auditors and inspectors before they perform actual audits or inspections, no matter how experienced they previously were. This keeps our services always at a high level but prices at a cheap end.
We Are Different in Customer-Care
In a 3-email (at most) communication with any of our window persons, customers would find how self-dedicated and customer-oriented we are. 'Professional' is not the word we comment ourselves, but a comment could only be given by customers.
Auditough does not take customers as God, but treats them as friends. For all our existing customers and new customers, in order to make them feel like home during trip in China, we provide FREE Services such as Hotel Reservation, Taxi Pick-up, Flight Booking and Liaison, etc. More...
It's not enough anymore to merely satisfy the customers; customers must be "delighted"- surprised by having their needs not just met, but exceeded.
